Product Introduction:
The SGEP-300HCL online monitoring system adopts high-temperature heat tracing extraction technology to continuously monitor gases in industrial processes. The system consists of three parts: sampling and transmission unit, preprocessing and control unit, and analysis unit. The analyzer adopts the principle of Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS), which can measure the concentration of specific gases in the process gas composition, including NH3、 H2S. HCL, HF, etc. This system has the characteristics of high sensitivity, fast response speed, no background gas interference, non-contact optical measurement, etc., providing reliable guarantee for real-time and accurate reflection of HCL changes.
